Taking a deep dive into marketing, new products, client communication, safety, aesthetics and more, these courses help remodelers better understand how to optimize their services as well as how to guide their clients toward making the best design choices to meet their changes needs.
The courses include:
- Marketing and Communicating with the Aging-in-Place Client (CAPS I), Wednesday, November 13, 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Design Concepts for Livable Homes and Aging-in-Place (CAPS II), Thursday, November 14, 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Details and Solutions for Livable Homes and Aging-in-Place (CAPS III), Friday, November 15, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Upon successful completion, participants are eligible to apply for their CAPS designation, which helps current and prospective clients differentiate which remodelers possess the most expertise when it comes to safe and healthy living.
Each CAPS course also provides six hours of continuing education credits for these NAHB designations: CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGR, GMB, GMR, CSP, Master CSP, CMP, MIRM.
