The Metro Housing Coalition (“MHC”) Board of Directors met late last month after a robust and well attended candidate vetting process to decide on the 2020 fall election cycle contributions and endorsements.

A candidate that goes through the MHC process is eligible for consideration toward a variation formula of a contribution and/or endorsement or debt relief after the election. Decisions on supported candidates are done through a complete framework and weighty analysis during a full MHC Board of Directors meeting.

There is a lot at stake for our industry at the local, county, state and federal levels this fall. We hope this guide will be helpful based on your peers’ industry considerations of the candidates vetting process when you receive your ballot.
