2022 Industry Night Recap
The 2022 Parade of Homes Industry Night, sponsored by Toll Brothers, brought together nearly 500 homebuilding professionals for an “Affair to Remember” celebrating the industry and kicking-off the 2022 Parade of Homes presented by Ent Credit Union.
The event was held at the Regency at Montaine, Colorado’s most prized threshold and Castle Rock’s new 55+ active-adult master-planned resort-style community by Toll Brothers. This unique land, its legacy, and the cherished lifestyle of living at the front door to the great plains of Colorado to the east, and the majestic Rocky Mountains to the west.
The backdrop for this memorable evening was the terrace of the resort-style amenity center with expansive views of the front range from Mount Montaine, the highest point in the community and the highest vantage point throughout Castle Rock, to Pikes Peak, Mount Evans, and beyond.
The Builder Product Expo Pop-up returned for a second year, featuring nine associate HBA members exhibiting their products and services. Networking commenced throughout the evening, bringing industry professionals together for an iconic celebration of what has and is to come for the homebuilding industry in Colorado. It was also the celebration of community.
