Affordable Housing Financing Fund Stakeholder Engagement Meeting

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) invite you to attend a virtual stakeholder meeting on Tuesday, April 4 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm to help inform implementation of the Affordable Housing Financing Fund programs authorized in Proposition 123 including, Land Banking, Concessionary Debt, and Concessionary Equity.

Proposition 123 Engagement Sessions
This is the third in a series of stakeholder meetings held by Proposition’s 123 implementation partners - Colorado Division of Housing (DOH), Gary Community Ventures, Colorado OEDIT, and CHFA. Prior meetings led by DOH solicited stakeholder input on Local Government Commitments and the DOH-administered Affordable Housing Support Fund programs including Homeownership, Homelessness, and Local Capacity building.
