Thank you to all HBA members who participated in Marshall Fire Rebuild Expo
On Saturday, April 15th, the HBA Marshall Fire Task Force had the opportunity to present the Marshall Fire Rebuild Expo at Ascent Community Church in Louisville for the families that were affected by the Marshall Fire. The Expo featured 40 member exhibitors representing builders, contractors, designers, lenders, building suppliers & manufacturers, engineers, and title companies. Our goal was to provide resources and information for those with questions about any part of the rebuilding process. We estimate that around 200 folks attended to seek information from our members, and it was gratifying to have our association be able to help where needed.
Thank you to:
- S. Robert August for coordinating all of the booth reservations with our members
- All of our Marshall Fire Rebuild Expo exhibitors and their teams for taking the time on a Saturday to participate
- Specialty Appliance for keeping the fire families and all of us well fed and fueled throughout the day
- Amy Nelson with Ascent Church and volunteer extraordinaire Kari Johnson for helping with logistics for every facet of this event
We hope you each found value in your participation.
Below is some of the media coverage from the event, you may see yourself in some of the coverage. We know that FOX31 covered it as well, but don't yet have footage to share. Thank you again for your involvement - you're making a difference in our community. #HBAHereForGood
