2024 Parade of Homes Call for Entries

The Denver Parade of Homes, the longstanding home showcase summer tradition hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), returns August 8 through 25, 2024. Denver’s largest showcase of the latest in architecture and home design along the Front Range will again offer guests a chance to tour when, where, and how they want. Virtual home tours return at ParadeofHomesDenver.com and Parade-goers can tour homes in-person Thursdays through Sundays throughout the Parade between noon and 5 p.m.

Media partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles

Our highly successful partnership with Denver’s premier homes and lifestyle magazine continues. A printed pull-out map will be featured in the July/August Home of the Year print issue of the magazine alongside a corresponding two-page spread.

People’s Choice Awards

The popular People’s Choice Awards returns for its fifth year. Online ballots and digital promotions is held in partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles.

Email Newsletter

The Parade of Homes email newsletters will return again, reaching a growing audience of several thousand subscribers. In 2023, the email newsletters averaged a 54.2% unique open rate and 9.8% click through rate, performing well above industry averages.

Event Calendar

Like in 2023, Parade of Homes participants will have the opportunity to add events to the Parade’s website. The events have their own landing pages, are featured on the homepage, the events landing page, and Parade social media channels. In 2023, the events had thousands of page views and significant engagement on social. This is a great opportunity to shine a spotlight on events being held by builders, developers and associates as a part of the Parade.

The call for entries and invite to sponsor Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour is now open. There’s no better way to reach thousands of potential home buyers and people interested in home remodeling and design who attend this highly anticipated annual event.

Local builders and developers are invited to participate with new, never-lived-in homes and community spotlights eligible for the Parade. Homes featured in the Parade will range in price from less than $400,000 to more than $1.5 million. Homes in the higher range (base price of $1.4 million and above) will be considered for the category of ‘Dream Home.’

Important dates to keep in mind:

• Monday, May 20: Entry deadline for inclusion in the printed map
• Monday, July 22: All home content must be uploaded to paradeofhomesdenver.com
• Thursday, August 8: Parade of Homes opens to the public at noon
• Sunday, August 25: Parade of Homes closes at 5 p.m.
