Parade Entries Due Monday for CH&L Magazine Pull-Out Map

Please join us in support of your HBA by Participating in the 2024 Denver Parade of Homes!

HBA member builders and developers are invited to participate with new, never-lived-in homes and community spotlights. Homes featured in the 2024 Parade of Homes will range in price from the low $400s to more than $3 million. Homes in the higher range (base price of $1.4 million and above) will be considered for the category of ‘Dream Home.’

In 2024, we are pleased to continue our media partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles that includes a printed pull-out map that will be featured in the July/August Home of the Year print issue. The popular People’s Choice Awards returns for its fifth year as well.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Official Parade of Homes Magazine returns this year!  The display-worthy publication will offer additional exposure to members, including a pull-out map of all Parade Homes on the tour, as well as helpful articles, and HBA information. All HBA members can look forward to hearing from NAHB and local HBA legend S. Robert August with magazine info very soon! There’s no better way to reach thousands of potential home buyers and people interested in home remodeling and design who attend this highly anticipated annual event.

The call for entries and invite to sponsor or advertise in the 2024 Parade of Homes tour is open, and the deadline to sponsor or enter homes is May 20th to have your home or logo be included on the CH&L map!

You can still enter a home in the Parade after May 20th, but it will miss out on being included in the special pull-out map in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine July/August issue.
