2024 Industry Night at Winged Melody Park Hosted by The Aurora Highlands
The 2024 Parade of Homes Industry Night, sponsored by The Aurora Highlands, brought together nearly 500 homebuilding professionals for a memorable, albeit a bit stormy, evening celebrating the industry and kicking-off the 2024 Parade of Homes.
The backdrop for this memorable evening was Winged Melody Park at The Aurora Highlands. This meticulously designed oasis seamlessly blends natural beauty with functional versatility and was the perfect setting for a fun evening fostering connections and creating lasting impressions. A highlight of the venue is the whimsical carousel that enchanted our guests, infusing the atmosphere with unbridled joy.
Winged Melody Park is one of many iconic locations in this premier community in development. Located between the mountains and the plains, The Aurora Highlands 4,000-acre master planned community expands the metro area to the east near DIA. The community will feature every category of housing from attached to multi-family and single-family residences, providing people with more than 12,500 housing units. The community will also incorporate Colorado’s active lifestyle with recreation centers and over 21 miles of trials, 12 neighborhood parks and 20 pocket parks.
The Builder Product Expo Pop-up returned for its fourth year, featuring multiple associate HBA members exhibiting their products and services.
