The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of the single-site Parade of Homes. The 2026 Parade of Homes: The Curated Collection will launch in April 2026 at Remuda Ranch in beautiful Douglas County. Perfectly situated between Denver and Colorado Springs, this prime location offers incredible visibility and opportunity for home builders looking to showcase their craftsmanship.

We’re currently seeking builders interested in building exceptional homes ranging from 2,800 to 3,800 square feet, with price points between $1.9 million and $3 million to meet strong market demand. We can have from six to 12 homes at the site, providing an impactful showcase for builders to thousands of potential buyers and industry professionals.

The cost to participate is $10,000 per home, which includes marketing your company as an official Parade of Homes builder from the moment the land purchase agreement is signed through to the event’s completion. As a participating builder, your company will be featured in all of the marketing materials and public relations outreach promoting the event, plus receive a full-page advertisement and multi-page home profile in the official Parade of Homes program, further amplifying your brand to a highly targeted audience.

Building on the reputation of the Parade of Homes as Denver’s premier home showcase and design houses tour, the single-site event is expected to draw an audience of tens of thousands attendees during - making this a unique and powerful branding and sales opportunity for builders and associate members alike.
