2025 Parade of Homes Call for Entries
The Denver Parade of Homes, the longstanding home showcase summer tradition hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), returns August 7 through 24, 2025. The call for entries and invite to sponsor Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour is now open. There’s no better way to reach thousands of potential home buyers and people interested in home remodeling and design who attend this highly anticipated annual event.
Local builders and developers are invited to participate with new, never-lived-in homes and community spotlights eligible for the Parade. Homes featured in the Parade will range in price from less than $400,000 to more than $1.4 million. Homes in the higher range (base price of $1.4 million and above) will be considered for the category of ‘Dream Home.’

2025 Highlights
Media partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles
Our highly successful partnership with Denver’s premier homes and lifestyle magazine continues. A printed pull-out map will be featured in the July/August Home of the Year print issue of the magazine alongside a corresponding two-page spread.
People’s Choice Awards
The popular People’s Choice Awards returns for its sixth year. Online ballots and digital promotions are held in partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles.
Industry Night
The HBA’s most popular event of the year will be held on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025. Industry Night regularly brings together nearly 500 homebuilding professionals together for a memorable evening celebrating the industry and kicking-off the Parade of Homes. Sign-up now to host the event at your community, apply to be a sponsor, or apply to exhibit in the Builder Product Expo Pop-up.
Event Calendar
Parade of Homes participants will again have the opportunity to add events to the Parade’s website. The events have their own landing pages, are featured on the homepage, the events landing page, and Parade social media channels. This is a great opportunity to shine a spotlight on events being held by builders, developers and associates as a part of the Parade.
Pop-Up Onsite Activation
After a successful soft launch in 2024, we are excited to introduce new exhibition opportunities with Parade
Pop-Ups, onsite activations partnering Associate Members with Builders showcasing their homes in the Parade. Parade Pop-Ups provide event attendees with unique opportunities to meet with product experts directly as they tour Parade homes throughout Metro Denver. Participants will be featured on the Parade Pop-Ups landing page, in the Parade Pop-ups blog post (shared on social and in the Parade email newsletter), and in event listings if applicable.
Important dates to keep in mind:
- Monday, May 12: Entry deadline for inclusion in the printed map
- Monday, July 21: All home content must be uploaded to com
- Thursday, August 7: Parade of Homes opens to the public at noon
- Sunday, August 24: Parade of Homes closes at 5 p.m.
