Steve Seno joins HBA of Metro Denver as Education & Training Manager
The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) continues to build its team, and we are pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Seno in the Education & Training Manager role.
The Education and Training Manager will develop and implement the HBA’s new Storm Water Excellence Program and trainings, manage the association’s established worker safety programming and training partnerships, as well as identify and develop new HBAU course content based on member interest and needs.
Over the last five years with CMS, Steve worked with a diverse set of clients on their SWMP compliance programs and assisting in helping further the communication and networking of their stormwater management plans. Prior to CMS, Steve oversaw the complete overhaul of the OSHA safety programming as well as facilitating safety training programs for over 50 warehouse workers at Laser Technologies, Inc, an Illinois-based manufacturing facility.
Underpinning Steve’s work experience is a strong foundation of education. Steve’s holds a degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism with a concentration in Environmental Education from the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University.
Ted Leighty, HBA Executive Vice President and CEO commented, "Our members told us education and training are valued functions of the HBA. Further, we are excited to launch our new Stormwater Excellence Program this year to bring even more value to our builders and developers. We are excited Steve has decided to bring his experience and talents to fill this vital role for the HBA. Many of you have probably already worked with Steve in his former role with CMS Environmental Solutions. Please reach out to Steve and welcome him to the team."
