Fall Membership Drive - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! |

September – November 2021 the HBA of Metro Denver will be holding a MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN to add more valuable voices to our association. Do you know any industry professionals who are not members but would benefit from the networking, advocacy, and education the HBA provides? Please help sign them up with the association this fall! We will also be holding an in-house Membership Drive training with employees from NAHB on Thursday, August 26, from 8:30am-11:30am in our HBA Offices. If you are interested in attending, please come! Breakfast will be served. Member incentives during the campaign months include a chance to win GIFT CARDS for bringing in new members! Additional incentives will be announced. HBA Rebates – Q2 Claim Deadline is Friday, August 27, 2021 |

It is time to start submitting Q2’21 Claims! The Q2’21 flyer is attached here. Please fill out this claim for any completed residential addresses from April-June 2021 to receive your HBA Rebates! In addition, Kim Klein and the member rebate team are hosting “Claim Days” every Wednesday of this month to assist builder and remodeler members with registering in the Member Rebate Program. HBA Rebates are scheduling 15-minute appointments for the remaining two Wednesdays of August, (August 18 and 25), registration can be made through www.HBArebates.com/claimdays. |

Academy Mortgage Colorado Participates in ‘Paradise Rising’ Event for Community |

Two years after a catastrophic fire, the smell of smoke still lingers throughout the small Northern California town of Paradise. The 2018 Camp Fire was one of the most destructive and deadliest wildfires in the state’s history. As rebuilding efforts continue throughout the region, the team at Academy Mortgage has partnered with several non-profit organizations to encourage optimism in the community and bring back some of the properties residents once called home.
