HBA Member Spotlight - Consilium Design

Consilium Design is a landscape architecture, land planning and urban design firm performing award-winning work locally, nationally, and internationally. We don’t just do projects; we create communities, we build neighborhoods and beautiful living spaces, places for people to experience a sense of their surroundings and connect with the environment and one another.

USDA Rural Development - Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Information

The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) has new construction financing options that may be extremely beneficial to your company. Click here for more information.

Program Highlights:

• Reduced risk for the homebuilder and the lender.  Since the loan is fully funded at closing, even before a shovel hits the dirt, homebuilders do not have to front their own capital or use their lines of credit, and this ensures the build will happen to completion.

HBA Rebates - Claim your Q2 Projects Now! 

Builder and Remodeler Members! Now is the time to claim for Q2’ 2023. Builder and Remodeler Members may claim for manufacturer rebates for residential jobs completed between April 1 through June 30, 2023. Claims for Q2 will close August 31, 2023.

Two new participating manufacturers have joined and are available for members to claim rebates beginning with Q2’23:

• Genie Garage Door Openers
• Simpson Strong-Tie Structural Connectors

They join the participating manufacturers that began participating with Q1’23:

• Honeywell Home (Air Quality, Smart Home Controls, Thermostat, Water Solutions, and Zoning)
