2023 Industry Night – Party in the Park at Painted Prairie!
The 2023 Parade of Homes Industry Night at Painted Prairie brought together 400 homebuilding professionals for a memorable night that helped celebrate the industry and kick-off the 2023 Parade of Homes presented by The Aurora Highlands.
Sponsored and hosted by Painted Prairie, the event was held August 10th at High Prairie Park in Aurora. This community was designed to feel different, because it is different. It’s a neo-traditional community, where unique streetscapes and outdoor living spaces for all neighbors are paramount, where you find different builders and various home styles all represented within a single street block. It’s also where you can enjoy more than 150 miles of continuous mountainscape vistas. The acclaimed homebuilders at Painted Prairie are Berkley Homes, David Weekley Homes, New Home Company, KB Home, McStain Neighborhoods, Meritage Homes, Remington Homes, and Parkwood Homes.
The backdrop for the epic evening was the spectacular High Prairie Park, Painted Prairie’s expansive premier park, thoughtfully designed to inspire adventure, exploration, and connection with the natural world – the perfect place to celebrate, rejuvenate and rediscover Colorado’s unique native wonders.
Industry Night 2023 was indeed an iconic celebration of what has and is to come for the homebuilding industry in Colorado. It was also the celebration of community. Food was served by local food trucks, with bartenders inside the clear tent on the grand park lawn, and when not mingling in the many gathering areas, Party in the Park-inspired games were available on the lawn for guests to enjoy.
Networking commenced throughout the evening, bringing many industry professionals together for the HBA's annual celebration of Industry.
