2020 HBA President Mark Bailey shares his views of the State of the Industry and The Year in Review. Meet the HBA's new CEO, Ted Leighty, who shares his plan for the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and the alignment of the Colorado Association of Home Builders. Next was the Annual Election of Officers followed by the installation of 2021 HBA President, Angela Harris along with the Executive Officers and 2021 Board of Directors.

The HBA’s Jobsite Safety Committee and HomeSafe® Colorado are presenting a new Safety Orientation training event for all home building industry professionals. This one and one-half hour course is presented in English, and will train attendees on basic construction industry safety practices per OSHA guidelines and is the first required course within the HomeSafe® Master Builder certification process:
Apprentice, Level 1
Journeyman, Level 2
Master Builder, Level 3
Completion of this course in addition to the successful completion of a job site safety audit will recognize participants and their organization as achieving Apprentice level 1 certification.
Safety Orientation is free to HBA members and is required training for prospective HomeSafe® Colorado members.
