The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is a professional trade organization that represents the residential home building industry including homebuilders, developers, remodelers, suppliers and service providers in the eight metro-area counties we serve. We provide HBA members with advocacy, networking opportunities and education to support and improve the industry.

1/7/2022 | As the Boulder County community begins the recovery after the devastating effects of the Marshall Fire, the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver will be providing helpful information for the public on rebuilding, finding a builder and/or contractor, and preventing scams and further loss.

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s Marshall Fire Task Force hosted 17 free educational sessions for residents and businesses impacted by the Marshall Fire. The sessions include advice on selecting builders and contractors, understanding contracts, legal issues and insurance, securing financing and loans, and much more.
